MANUFACTURER OF ENVIRONMENTAL TEST CHAMBERS

Highly Accelerated Stress Test Chamber

Highly Accelerated Stress Test Chamber

The Highly Accelerated Stress Test Chamber (HAST) is designed to simulate a range of environmental stresses on electronic components and materials. This chamber accelerates the testing process by subjecting products to extreme conditions of temperature, humidity, and pressure, thereby hastening the discovery of potential failure points and ensuring product reliability under harsh usage scenarios.

Application:

Electronics Testing: Validates the durability of electronic components and circuits against moisture and temperature variations.

Material Science: Assesses the resilience of various materials to environmental stressors.

Quality Assurance: Ensures products meet stringent quality standards before market release.

Automotive Industry: Tests the reliability of automotive electronics under extreme conditions.

Aerospace: Evaluates the performance of materials and components in simulated high-altitude environments.

Testing Standards:

IEC 60068-2-66: 1994, IEC 60749-4: 2017, EIAJ ED-4701/100A: 2016, JESD22-A110E: 2021, AEC-Q100-Rev-H: 2014, JPCA-ET08: 2007.

Structural highlight This HAST chamber adopts double-container structural design, the test chamber and the steam generator chamber are independent from each other. Compared to a single-container structural design, our machine can provide a more stable and accurate testing environment, allow wider humidity range and prevent the dewing problem.

Bias terminals 20 bias terminals are equipped as standard, can be increased to 100 terminals or more as per individual customer needs
Safety features Forced lock during high pressure condition, automatic pressure relief under over-pressure condition, heater dry burn protection, water supply abnormal alarm, water drainage abnormal alarm and water shortage protection, humidifier dry burn protection, water supply abnormality alarm, earth leakage protection, overload protection, short-circuit protection
